There are four core stages: 
Supply – this is where you connect to any backend data source such as an ERP, PLM, Excel spreadsheet or any other type of file format where product data is stored.
Enrich – this is where different marketing professionals collaborate on creating the product stories by adding romantic texts, pictures, videos or any other type of content.
Plan & Release – this is where you make detailed plans of how, when and where content shall be published. 
Publish – this is the stage where the perfected product information is pushed out in the various channels used to either attract or convert consumers. Publishing is made using out of the box connectors or by utilizing inRiver’s extensive APIs.
